OLPC Summer Program
The OLPC program is off and running in Marion 7. Teachers and technology coordinators held a “Parents Night” to get things started. The event went great with 90% of parents in attendance—a sure sign that parents are as committed and enthused about this program as the students and staff. Many parents commented on how excited they were for their children to be able to use the technology at home. The majority of students in Marion 7 do not have computers in their homes. Students will begin using them this summer during summer school.
Parents aren’t the only ones getting involved this summer. The program’s partnership with ETV continues to move forward. Teachers met with ETV staff members in Marion. They outlined various creative ways the XO laptops could be used in and out of the classroom.

В этом что-то есть и мне кажется это отличная идея. Я согласен с Вами….
